Three days later, Benfica and Estoril met at the Estádio António Coimbra da Mota, this time for the Portuguese Cup, in the 4th round. Neres, who scored the winning goal (0-1), and Florentino were the voices from the group.

"It wasn't an easy game, it was evenly balanced. We were more effective in the last match, where we had several opportunities. We knew it was going to be a difficult game, it was 0-1, but we are happy with the result. The team was good, we were cohesive and we were able to put into play what the coach wanted. Our goal is to continue on all the fronts we aim to win."
