A night of debuts in the victory, painted in red, of Portugal against Nigeria (4-0), in the last friendly match before the World Cup in Qatar. António Silva (starter) and Gonçalo Ramos bagged their 1st cap, with the Benfica striker scoring and assisting João Mário's goal.

António Silva made his debut with the Portuguese Senior national team, he played 90 minutes and was at a good level. The center-back earned 7,6 score from Sofascore, who highlighted the four clearances made, the two interceptions, the three tackles and the four duels won in five.
