Fredrik Aursnes returned to the Benfica midfield this Sunday, December 11, in the friendly match against Sevilla at Estádio Algarve. 

"We had a stoppage, it was good to rest a little. In my case, I trained a little harder, because I was injured. It was good for everyone, and now we are back. It is always nice to win, we would have liked to win this match [0-1]. A match that was tough, against a good team like Sevilla, but it was good for us to resume the competition, and we already have a new game next Saturday [against Moreirense, on matchday 3 of the League Cup group stage]. The break served to renew the team's energy for the rest of the season", analyzed Aursnes in statements to Sport TV.
