Already qualified for the round of 32 of the EuroCup, Benfica's women's basketball team faced T71 Diddeleng in Luxembourg and won by 59-72, on matchday 6 of group G of the competition. A game with strong support from the Benfiquistas in the stands.

Benfica finished group G in 1st place, and will only play again in the competition on January 5th, this time in the round of 32, where they will face, away from home, the Spanish team of Cadi La Seu.
