Cosme Damião Awards
As part of Sport Lisboa e Benfica's 119th anniversary celebrations, the Cosme Damião Awards will be handed out to those who stood out the most in the last year, in a ceremony scheduled for February 28, the date the Club was founded, and which will take place at Aula Magna, in Lisbon.
This is a story that repeats itself year after year, emblematic and full of mystique, and shows that the recognition of our own remains structural.
There are 29 candidates up for vote, spread across four different categories: High Performance Athlete, Coach of the Year, Male Footballer of the Year, and Female Footballer of the Year. In addition to these, awards will be given through direct awarding.
Voting ends at noon on February 20.
