Present at the European Games, taking place in Poland, Isaac Nader won the silver medal in the 1500-meter race.

The Benfica athlete had a great competition and discussed the 1st place until the end with the Spaniard Mohamed Katir, who would win. Nader was second with a time of 3.37.37 minutes, beating the Dutchman Niels Laros (3.36.59 minutes), who closed the podium.

This is the fourth medal for the Red athletes, after the successes in canoeing through Messias Baptista, Teresa Portela and Fernando Pimenta.

Under-23: images from the victory of the 1st Revelação Cup

Coming from a 2-0 victory in the first leg, Benfica U-23s won 2-4 at Torreense on Saturday, May 31, clinching the Revelação Cup, their first title in the competition. Tomás Cruz, Rodrigo Rêgo, who scored twice, and Jelani Trevisan scored the goals for the team led by Vítor Vinha. See here the best images of the red celebration.
