Cloé Lacasse
The Club is grateful for the path taken in common with the footballer who arrived at Estádio da Luz at the beginning of 2019/20 and who leaves a very strong mark in Portugal and in the benfiquistas, with 131 games played with eagle on her chest and 102 goals scored.
Over four seasons, Cloé won three championships, three League Cups, and two Portuguese Super Cups.
The Canadian striker is also linked to the first three presences in the Champions League, in which the Sport Lisboa e Benfica women's football team acquired European status.
On Tuesday, the athlete travels to Canada's national team to prepare for the next World Championships, which will take place in Australia and New Zealand starting July 20.
She will then begin a new stage of her professional career, fulfilling her dream of playing in one of the best women's leagues in the world, a challenge for which Sport Lisboa e Benfica wishes her all the best.
At the time of his farewell, Cloé Lacasse showed deep gratitude to Sport Lisboa e Benfica, in an interview whose exclusive content will be revealed in full next Thursday, the 29, in the "Zona Mística", to be seen on the Club's official website and YouTube.
E Pluribus Unum.
Thank You, Cloé!
