BTV INTERVIEW

Luka Velickovic, an 18-year-old goalkeeper (23/05/2005), is a new signing from Sport Lisboa e Benfica. The Serbia Under-18 international comes from FK Sindjelic.

In statements to BTV, Luka Velickovic has expressed his intention to follow in the footsteps of illustrious goalkeepers who have passed through Benfica Campus. 

"I am inspired by the paths of Oblak and Ederson, who are important in football. If I have half their careers, that would be great. I made the decision to come to Benfica because it's a great club, with a great culture. I want to improve every day and show the fans that this signing was worth it", he said.
