World champion Ángel Di María was the Benfica player who spoke to the press at the San Siro Stadium to preview the match against Inter Milan on Tuesday, October 3, at 8 pm, on matchday 2 of Group D in the Champions League. 

What's it like returning to Italy after your experience at Juventus? What game are you expecting?

It's going to be a very difficult match. Inter has great players, with a lot of quality. The atmosphere here [San Siro] helps Inter a lot in every game. It's going to be very difficult, we have to be at 100% to get a good result.

You've returned to Benfica, you were decisive in the Super Cup, you were decisive in the clássico with FC Porto. Is it a better return than you expected? And what can Benfica do in this Champions League?

You can't always be decisive, sometimes it doesn't happen. I'm actually very happy with the way things are going. I've said several times since I arrived that I'm very happy to be back, I feel at home. I'm going through a good moment and that's fundamental for me, because I can help the team to win and grow, and the club to win titles. I think this game is going to be difficult, Inter have players with a lot of quality. It's difficult to say that it's this player or that player who can decide the game, because Inter have 11 or more players who can decide it. We have to be at 100%.

Is this season's Inter even stronger than last season's?

I saw that Inter eliminated Benfica [last season], but Benfica also had plenty of chances to get through [to the Champions League semi-finals]. They were in a great moment. I think Inter are exactly the same.They're top of the league, they're playing very well, they've scored a lot of goals, they're going through a great moment. They're one of the finalists in the Champions League, and they've started the season the same way they finished the last. It's going to be a very difficult game.
