Beni Yvan Roy Loussakou Souza, a 20-year-old midfielder (21/08/2003), has been signed by Sport Lisboa e Benfica from Amora FC. The French midfielder will be part of the Glorioso's B team squad for the 2024/25 season.

"I'm very happy to have signed for Benfica. It's a childhood dream come true. I can't wait to start playing for Benfica and give everything for this jersey. I've been thinking about it since I was little, and I can't wait to get started", revealed Beni Souza.

"I know I'm at the biggest club in Portugal. So I'm proud and honored to be here. I know it's a club with huge ambition, and I have that ambition too. I think it's a club that corresponds to my identity. And I think we can achieve great things together," the French-born midfielder, who made 11 appearances and scored two goals for Amora in Liga 3 in the 2023/24 season, told BTV.

“My goal is to reach the first team, to gain ground and learn from great players, to develop and win titles for Benfica,” said Beni Souza, already at Benfica Campus, his new home.
