Sport Lisboa e Benfica informs that it has reached an agreement with Hellas Verona, from Italy, for the loan of the player Tengstedt. The temporary loan (with an option to buy) is valid for one season, until the end of 2024/25.

Signed on January 11, 2023, Tengstedt arrived at Benfica from Norwegian side Rosenborg. After the second half of the 2022/23 season - where he adapted to the club - with eight games and more than 280 minutes between the first team and the B team, the Danish striker started the 2023/24 season as one of the eagles' attacking options. He then played in 31 matches and scored four goals in five competitions, including 17 in the National Championship (four goals), four in the Portuguese Cup, four in the Champions League, four in the Europa League and two in the League Cup.

In total, Tengstedt made 35 appearances for the Glorioso first team, scoring four goals and making six assists.
