It's a great day for me. It's a pleasure to play for a great club like Benfica. I'm very happy to be here.

What do you know about Benfica?

I know a lot about Benfica. Especially the atmosphere here, the fans' love for this club is incredible.

Given your characteristics, what can you bring to the team?

I can add a lot to the team. Both offensively and defensively. With the support of the fans, I'm sure we'll enjoy it a lot.

How did your time at Marseille and Luton go?

It went very well. They're clubs that have added a lot, that have made me grow as a player and as a man. I come here with that experience, with everything I learned from them.
