Aware of the demands of playing with an eagle on his chest, Kökcü opened the doors of the Benfica Campus to his compatriot Aktürkoğlu, who began to write his story with the Glorioso this season. Here's the full interview available on BPlay, which took place after the match with Santa Clara, ahead of the Champions League clash with Red Star.

Playing the role of guide, the Turkish international midfielder introduced his new compatriot to his (new) home at Benfica - he was the last player secured by the eagles when the summer transfer window closed on the evening of September 2, and the debut (playing as a starter and scoring) occurred on September 14 at Estádio da Luz.

With open arms, Kökcü welcomed Aktürkoğlu to the Benfica Campus on a guided tour which, as well as introducing the new number 17 of the eagles to the place where he will work every day in support of the club's sporting objectives, strengthened (even more) the already close bonds of friendship and companionship that the two players created and fostered in the Turkish national team.

Aktürkoğlu reciprocated the attention and affection of the number 10 shirt with a real (Turkish) bath of humility, the result of an enormous desire to adapt and succeed with the Sacred Mantle in his first football experience outside his home country.
