Sport Lisboa e Benfica informs that Guilherme Müller will be the new general director of the Benfica Campus, succeeding Pedro Mil-Homens, and will officially take up his duties next November.

With a degree in Law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, a lawyer since 2009 and a post-graduate degree in Sports Law, Guilherme Müller worked as deputy and head of Cabinet at the Secretary of State for Sport and Youth between 2011 and 2015.

Later, he was a consultant for the Players' Union and the PSD Parliamentary Group in the area of Sport.

Between 2017 and 2023 he joined the Estoril Praia SAD, first as legal director and then as general director. Since then, he has worked as a consultant for the president of Liga Portugal in the area of International Relations.

Sport Lisboa e Benfica welcomes Guilherme Müller to the new and ambitious challenge that lies ahead in his professional career, and wishes him every success at our Club!

Liga BPI | Cristina Prieto receives trophy for Best Player

Elected Best Player of the Liga BPI 2024/25 in the vote organized by the Players' Union, Cristina Prieto, Benfica's women's football team, received the trophy at Benfica Campus. Grateful for the distinction, the Spanish international told BTV about her “good season” and didn't forget the rest of the Reds' players. "It's an individual award and I couldn't have won it without my teammates. It was the team that made me win this award," said the goalscorer, who is in her first season at the club. "You never think the first year will be like this. I'd like to thank everyone who voted for me and the Benfiquistas. It's an award that shows that the season went well," said Cristina Prieto, an important element in winning the Fifth League Title in a row.

Pavlidis reaches 50 games with an eagle on his chest

Pavlidis reached his 50th appearance for Benfica's professional football team in the 1-2 over Estoril, on matchday 32 of the Liga Betclic, on May 3. The Greek international, signed at the start of the 2024/25 season, has 28 goals and 10 assists in the games he has played, in around 3,290 minutes of use. The No14 has 32 games and 18 goals in the Liga Betclic, 12 games and 7 goals in the Champions League, 3 games and 1 goal in the Portuguese Cup, as well as 3 games and 2 goals in the League Cup.
