At the top of the standings, Benfica's Under-17s distanced themselves from Sporting in the fight for the U-17 National Championship, beating the Lions by an unbeatable 7-0 on matchday 15 of the championship round on Sunday, May 11.

Benfica are now three points ahead of FC Porto and SC Braga, who have knocked Sporting down to fourth place, and will host Real SC on matchday 16 in a game scheduled for June 7 at 11 am at the Benfica Campus.
