Sport Lisboa e Benfica footballers Cristina Prieto, Christy Ucheibe, Andreia Faria, and Andreia Norton were elected to the Liga BPI Best 11 of the Year, a distinction awarded at the 3rd edition of the Champions Gala, held on Monday, June 16, at Casino Estoril, with the support of the Players' Union.

The ceremony, which aims to reward the most influential athletes in the Liga BPI, is based on an exclusive vote among players, thus recognizing merit and performance on the court throughout the 2024/25 season.

In addition to the four players selected, Benfica was strongly represented among the nominees. Lena Pauels (goalkeeper), Carole Costa (defender), and Catarina Amado (defender) were among the 23 players most voted for by their Liga BPI teammates.
