Another gold medal! Fernando Pimenta, Benfica athlete, won the European title in K1 1000 meters for the fourth time, winning the A final of the European Canoe Sprint Championships in Racice, Czech Republic, on Saturday, June 21.

In the decisive heat, Fernando Pimenta (3:29.917 minutes), unstoppable, beat Sweden's Martin Nathell (3:31.057) and Hungary's Bálint Kopasz (3:31.647), athletes who joined him on the podium.
