Red Pass 2025/26

Your place as the 12th man on the Sport Lisboa e Benfica team can be guaranteed from June 24, when you will receive a notification to renew your Red Pass.

From that day until July 8, you can renew your red pass by making a payment and become an active part of our 12th man in the matches that Benfica plays at Estádio da Luz.

Red Pass holders can renew their seats on the Benfica Official App, at slbenfica.pt, at Benfica Official Stores, and at Casas do Benfica with ticketing system.

You will receive a notification via email or the app. Therefore, please keep your details up to date and notifications enabled.

For the new season, Red Pass will be available in two formats, and the choice will be yours when you renew your seat:

1 – Red Pass, which guarantees access to all national competition matches.

2 – Red Pass Total, which provides exclusive access to European competition matches and all national competition matches.

Attendance during the previous season will be relevant for this renewal and will influence the final price, based on the logic that those who support the most pay the least!

Based on this attendance, we will have a price for members who attended at least 80 percent of the national competition games. On the other hand, there is a different, higher price for members whose attendance at the stadium was less than 80 percent.

Payment can be made in three installments, as in previous seasons, at no additional cost, with the second and third payments due on August 8 and September 8, respectively. Failure to pay one of the installments will result in the loss of the place for the rest of the season.

For Red Pass holders who wish to change seats, a form will be available to submit this request at slbenfica.pt/redpass between June 25 and July 8.

Requests will be managed by ranking, with priority given to Red Pass attendance and seniority. In the event of a tie, membership seniority will be used as the deciding factor. Each member will be notified of their ranking by email on June 25. Members will receive a response to their request by July 18.

The increase in stadium capacity will require adjustments to the numbering and designation of some rows. However, each member will retain their current seat, with no changes being made unless requested by the members themselves.

The new seats for sale to members on the waiting list will be made available after the renovation and seat exchange. The sale of these new seats will begin on a date to be announced.
