Nazif Inoussa, a 16-year-old forward (born May 19, 2009), was signed by Sport Lisboa e Benfica, after playing for Swedish club IF Brommapojkarna.

"It's great to be here, everyone has welcomed me warmly. My family and I are happy to be here," the athlete shared in statements made to BTV.

Highlighting "the training sessions, the players, the coaches, the instructors, and the unity at the academy," the forward was full of praise for his new home: "It's a very big club, everything is great here. From the first time I came here, I knew that my goal was to come to Benfica."

Nazif Inoussa

An international player for the Swedish youth teams, the second-year U17 youth player will join the Eagles Under-17 team in the 2025/26 season, having set himself the goals of “having a great season and continuing to improve every day.”

Nazif Inoussa also confessed his dream of “playing for Benfica's first team.”
