Aktürkoğlu transferred

Sport Lisboa e Benfica announces that, following the announcement made on August 29, the agreement with Fenerbahçe, from Turkey, for the permanent transfer of footballer Aktürkoğlu has been confirmed.

The terms of the deal were detailed by Sport Lisboa e Benfica – Futebol, SAD to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM): "The aforementioned agreement stipulates the permanent transfer of the player's sports rights for the sum of €22,500,000 (twenty-two million and five hundred thousand euros), plus variable compensation linked to objectives, meaning that the total value of the transfer could reach €25,000,000 (twenty-five million euros). We also inform that Fenerbahçe will be entitled to retain the 5% solidarity mechanism, for subsequent distribution to the clubs that participated in the player's training, and Benfica SAD will be charged intermediation services of 10% of the remuneration amount deducted from the solidarity amount."

Signed by Benfica on September 2, 2024, from Galatasaray, Aktürkoğlu made his debut with the Sacred Mantle on the night of September 14, 2024, and brightened the moment by scoring the first goal in Benfica's victory over Santa Clara in Matchday 5 of the National Championship (4-1).

Wearing the eagle on his chest, in the 2024/25 season, he played 53 games: 30 in the National Championship, 12 in the Champions League, 4 in the Club World Cup, 4 in the Portuguese Cup, and 3 in the League Cup.

This season (2025/26), the winger played 5 times and scored 1 goal, appearing in the Super Cup (1), the Liga Betclic (1), and the Champions League qualifying round (3).

With the red jersey, he played in 58 matches, totaling almost 3700 minutes, scoring 17 goals and making 11 assists.

The Turkish international contributed to Benfica's successes in the 2024/25 League Cup and in the 2025 Super Cup.
