António Silva analyzed Benfica's 1-1 draw against Rio Ave in a postponed game from matchday 1 of the Liga Betclic.

"We started well in the second half and created more than enough chances to score. Rio Ave came here and didn't want to play. We tried our best and managed to score a goal. Then they scored on a transition," he explained in statements to BTV.
The Portuguese international, who was involved in one of the most talked-about moments of the match—a disallowed goal in the 64th minute—spoke about the team's current situation: "I think we're going through a bit of everything at the moment. We have to focus on our work. That's what we have to keep doing, because the results will come."
On Friday, September 26, at 8:15 pm, the Reds host Gil Vicente in a match from round 7 of the Liga Betclic. In the defender's opinion, this short time between the two challenges is "the good thing about football."
"We have a game on Friday at home to win, to get back to winning ways, which is the most important thing, it's what the fans want, and it's what we're used to at Benfica. We'll do our best to achieve that on Friday," he said.
