To celebrate World Theatre Day, we offer educational materials for families with children aged 6 to 13. The
Benfica Museum promotes artistic education and invites different generations to learn more about this very
special art form.
Starting from a brief historical context, you will be able to meet different genres, professions, and
curiosities of the theatre. In the end, we propose a creative workshop that combines shadow puppets and light
games to give stage to the family’s imagination. Put the curtain up because the show’s about to start!
