The Benfica team departed on Monday, September 29, from Humberto Delgado Airport bound for London, where they will face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday in a match from round 2 of the Champions League. The red delegation was led by President Rui Costa, who reaffirmed the club's European ambition to the media: “[Our expectations] are always the same: to win. It's not an easy game, but we're going there to get a good result, obviously.”
