The pre-launch of the photobiography “Euséb10”, by João Malheiro, took place this Sunday, July 28, at the Benfica Official Store Estádio, and was attended by Sandra Ferreira, daughter of the mythical number 10 of the eagles, and Toni, former player and coach of the club, Mister Benfica. Opened by the President of Sport Lisboa e Benfica, Rui Costa, and with a foreword by José Mourinho, the book, published in Portuguese and English, is a way of paying tribute to “the greatest popular hero of the 20th century in Portugal”, as João Malheiro told BTV. Toni recalled that Eusébio “will always be the Club's greatest reference, as he marks the history of Benfica and world football”, and Sandra Ferreira was grateful for the “tribute”, on a “special day”, with the Eusébio Cup match at the Cathedral.
