Wednesday morning at Caixa Futebol Campus started early for the Benfica team, which is preparing Saturday's match of Gameweek 24 of the Liga NOS League, and ended with Rui Vitória receiving the trophy for Best Coach of January.

With the objective of bagging three more points in this Liga NOS, the Benfica team works with commitment and demand in Seixal, preparing next Saturday’s visit (8:30 pm) to Paços de Ferreira, in Gameweek 24 of the competition.

Wednesday morning at Caixa Futebol Campus started early, with the players focused on the work, which took place on the pitch of the Field n. º 3. The coach Rui Vitória did not have Salvio and Krovinovic at his disposal, due to injury, but he had the youngsters Gedson FernandesKeaton ParksFerroChris Willock and João Félix under observation.

The encounter of Round 24 of Liga NOS marks the returned of the coach to the home ground of a club he coached in 2010/11 and the start of the 2011/12 season, before moving to V. Guimarães, from where, in 2015/16, he would transfer to Benfica.

Rui Vitória returns to Paços de Ferreira and both him and the players will have the incentive of more than three thousand Benfiquistas, nearly half the capacity of Estádio da Capital do Móvel. The support of the Red Wave is important so that the team may win another battle.

The morning at Caixa Futebol Campus closed with the presentation of the Best Coach of January Award. Rui Vitória received the award of the Liga Portuguesa de Futebol Profissional, personally delivered by Helena Pires, Director of Competitions.
