The Benfica squad has scored 24 goals in 11 gameweeks of the championship round, it has a seven-point lead and it is one victory away from winning the competition. The team hosts Leixões at 5:00 pm on Saturday.

With three rounds remaining in the Under-19 championship round, Benfica is the leader, with a seven-point led over the second placed, and is one small step away, just a victory, from celebrating the national title. At 5:00 pm on Saturday, João Tralhão's team hosts Leixões at the Caixa Futebol Campus.

In the 11 rounds already played in this phase, Benfica is the only undefeated team, bagging eight victories and three draws, making a total of 27 points. 

In the previous round, Benfica played in front of its fans and beat Sporting (3-1), removing the rival from the title race. Braga, the other title contender, dropped points at home against V. Guimarães (1-1).
