Teresa Portela and Joana Vasconcelos shone, this Sunday, in Montemor-o-Velho, in the National Championship of Speed.

The Olympic Teresa Portela won the Gold in the K1 500 category, after finishing the race with the time of 00:01:52.696. Joana Vasconcelos, the former champion, was second (00:01:56.072).

In the 200m category, Teresa Portela completed the race with 00:00:41:300, in a competition where Joana Vasconcelos closed the podium (00:00:41.904).  

In the 500m, K2, the team Teresa Portela/Joana Vasconcelos was the first to finish the race with the time of 00:01:53:060, winning, this way, the third gold medal.
