On the date in which the Training Center commemorates 11 years, we elaborated a lineup composed by players who are excelling in Europe's biggest Leagues.

In 11 years, Caixa Futebol Campus was the home of many youngsters who have worked hard to make a name for themselves in a very demanding sport and in which the percentage of those who reach the top is very low. O Benfica newspapers has chosen eleven players who, with more or less influence in the "Reds” first team, have manage to draw the attention of Europe’s top clubs.

Ivan Lima: the debut for the first team

At the age of 20, Ivan Lima had the opportunity to make his official debut in competition for Sport Lisboa e Benfica's first team. In Chaves, on the night of October 17, with the number 90 on the back of the Sacred Mantle, the young forward/winger trained at the Club was brought on by José Mourinho in the 90th minute and was able to participate in the Eagles' 2-0 victory in the third round of the Portuguese Cup.The match had only two minutes of added time, but Ivan Lima still managed to make his mark on the right side of the attack: he won the only duel he faced, recovered a ball, and was fouled. Immediately afterwards, the referee blew the whistle and ended the match in Trás-os-Montes. The excitement of a debut lasts forever
