Seferovic: “We are here to win”

Each game at a time by game. This is the focus of Seferovic and of Benfica who is already in Turkey to face Galatasaray this Thursday (5:55 pm) in the match from the 1st leg of the Europa League Round of 32.

“We are in a good moment and Galatasaray is a good team, with great players, in a great stadium, with great fans and I think it is going to be a great game. We will do our best and see what happens," said the Swiss player in an exclusive statement to BTV.

“The game will be difficult for both teams. We want to win here, we did not come here just to play a game. We are here to win, that is how we look at every game, and we will do our best. On the other side, there will be a team with good players, who will also want to win. It is going to be a good clash" he added.

With 16 goals scored in 2018/19, the 26-year-old striker is in the "best season" of his career and shares the credit with his teammates.

"It is my best season, but I hope to continue like this. I hope I can do more. We are playing well, we are scoring goals and I hope to keep it that way", he wished.

For the season of excellence, much has contributed the partnership with João Félix.
