In the first of five finals, Benfica hosted and beat Marítimo by 6-0, in a match from round 30 of the Liga NOS. A rout from the eagles that had João Félix as one of the standout performers. He scored two goals (at 3' and at 48') and provided the assist for one of Cervi's goals.

"I'm very happy to have received this award, it's the result of my work but also of the collective work, and I want to congratulate Cervi, who has not been playing hasn't been playing very much, but when he does, he meets the expectations, and today he's scored two goals", recalled João Félix.

When questioned about the assists he received from Pizzi and André Almeida, the reds' number 79 was emphatic.

"With players of this quality it is always easier to score goals. We did a good match. In the second half we also managed to score an early goal and then we for the rout. We scored six goals, which was very good", he praised in exclusive statements to BTV.
