Benfica's 2nd half of the season rules in Europe

The second half of the Liga NOS is not over yet, but Benfica's quality journey has expression both within and beyond borders. In an analysis carried out by the Official Website to the performances in Europe's Top 10 Leagues in the same period – 14 matches– shows that no one beats the eagles in this "Superleague".

Bruno Lage took over Benfica two round away from the end of the first half of the season. In 16 matches in the Liga NOS, he has amassed 15 wins and one draw. Taking into account the matches carried out n the second half of the competition, Benfica is unsurpassed in both Portugal and In Europe's top 10.

In this period, the Reds are also the most prolific team in this "Superleague" that brings together the top 10 teams in the top 10 UEFA championships.

The 54 goals scored in the 2^nd half of the Liga NOS make up an average of 3,85 per match, figures that are only threatened by Bayern Munich. The German have 44 goals scored in the 14 matches in the second half of the Bundesliga (3,14).
