🎥 Svilar: “I'm happy and working well”

Ahead of the morning practice at Caixa Futebol Campus, on the eve of Benfica's Presentation Match, goalkeeper Svilar stressed that the objective is to continue to work focused, always with the goal of winning.

Expectations for this season?

Personally, I want to keep working focused. Collectively, for Benfica nothing changes, the goal is always the same, to win match after match.

Will you remain in the squad or to play more minutes you'll have to leave the club? What's your opinion?

I'm focused on the pre-season and I don't think about leaving. I'm here, I'm happy and I'm working well.

You have spent two seasons as a substitute, is not an easy situation, I guess…

It is not, but I'm young and I have time. I'm fine here.

What are your expectations for tomorrow's match? [Wednesday] against Anderlecht?

We always expect to win. It's a preparation match, we are in the pre-season, but the goal is always the same, winning and playing well.

Is it especial to play against your former team?

It's special because I'm going to see friends I've played with, but it's a match like any other.
