The Benfica Foundation has just established a partnership with Student Keep, thus recognizing the merit of the project and the current and future importance of the issue of fighting info-exclusion in education.

The Benfica Foundation becomes the main partner of the project which has, in addition to a financial endowment, an increased capacity for mobilization given that the members, supporters and partners of Sport Lisboa e Benfica are involved in supporting the project in a logic of Keepers or volunteers in the area of IT.

The Student Keep project

This project aims to reduce inequality in access to education in the current context of distance learning, given that not all students have access to the Internet and computers. For this fight against info-exclusion in education, Student Keep promotes a sponsorship system involving citizens and organizations in the collection of computer equipment and subsequent donation to students through articulation with the School Groups, knowledgeable of the reality of their school community.

This Sunday, May 4, Benfica Campus' Field No. 1 was the stage for celebrating the 26th national Under-19 title. Needing just one point to celebrate, Benfica's U19 team became champions after a 2-2 draw against FC Porto in round 13 of the championship round, and lifted the trophy on the pitch, celebrating afterward with the fans who were tireless in their support for Luís Araújo's team.
