Pedrinho: "I have big dreams and I want to win as many titles as possible at Benfica"

Made official on March 11 as a signing of SL Benfica's professional football squad for the new season (with a contract until 2025), Pedrinho returned to Lisbon this Friday, ready to start the pre-season.

"It's a dream come true. I was looking forward to being here. I was here once, and I was in love with the structure and the Club. It's always been a dream to play in Europe and in a great team like Benfica", revealed the Brazilian midfielder exclusively with BTV. 

"I look forward to working with Jorge Jesus. We all, Brazilians, know the great work he did [at Flamengo]. Great players have evolved a lot with him, and I want that too, to be able to work with him and evolve. I'm sure it'll work out fine because he's a great coach at a great team ", claimed the new player of the eagles. 

Pedrinho followed the launch of the new jersey. "It's very pretty. My dad always told me he couldn't wait for me to put it on. I hope I make a great story wearing this jersey. I want to achieve many titles because we know that a club is only valued when it wins games. I'm ambitious, I have big dreams and I want to win as many titles as possible at Benfica. I'm sure the fans want that too", enfatizou o brasileiro.
