Sport Lisboa e Benfica expresses its deepest regret for the death of Bento Leitão (69 years old), a doctor who was connected to Professional Football for more than a decade, contributing, with unsurpassed professionalism and dedication, to the successes achieved. In the last few years he performed transversal functions in the clinical area of the Club.

In this moment of great sadness for the loss of one of our own, Sport Lisboa e Benfica, on behalf of the entire Benfica Family, sends its heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Bento Leitão.
