Sport Lisboa e Benfica has made the shortlist for the Product Innovation Category in "The Ticketing Business Awards 2022" with its Player App, which already won the Innovation award in the Cosme Damião Awards.

Put into production at the beginning of the lockdown, the Player App is a mobile app used by football players in competition, from the U15s to the First Team.

The main features are the following: videos with collective and individual plays of all Benfica matches in every competition; the athlete’s agenda with activity calendar and work plan; individual analysis of the athletes and opponent athletes; exclusive content in sports support areas (nutrition, for example), notifications and alerts and individual questionnaires.

The winners will be announced on July 7 at Emirates Old Trafford, in Manchester (England), as a highlight of the "The Ticketing Business Awards 2022” Forum.
