Lúcia Alves called up to represent Portugal in the Euro
With seven players, Benfica is now the most represented club in the national team for the European Championship to be held in England in July.

Lúcia Alves, defender of the Sport Lisboa e Benfica women's football team, was called up by the national coach Francisco Neto this Friday, June 17, to join the group of 23 players chosen to play the European Championship that will take place in England in July.
With seven footballers, Benfica is now the most represented club in the Portuguese National Team that will participate in the Euro. Catarina Amado, Carole Costa, Sílvia Rebelo, Lúcia Alves, Andreia Faria, Francisca "Kika" Nazareth and Jéssica Silva are the Benfica athletes present in the squad list.
