Everton

Sport Lisboa e Benfica has informed the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) that it has reached an agreement with CR Flamengo for the transfer of Everton.

Coming from Grémio de Porto Alegre, Brazilian international Everton was officially presented at Benfica on August 14, 2020, in a ceremony that took place at Benfica Campus.

One month later (September 15, 2020), the winger made his official debut wearing the Sacred Mantle with the number 7. In Greece, against PAOK, in a match from the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions League, Everton was a starter and played the first 90 minutes of the almost 6000 that he would accumulate in the two seasons he represented the Glorioso.

In Minho, in the opening round of 2020/21 National Championship, Everton scored his first Benfica goal. It was on the afternoon/evening of September 18, 2020, in the 1-5 victory.

The Brazilian international would complete the 2020/21 season with a total of 48 official matches played and 8 goals scored for the Eagles. In the 2021/22 season, Everton played 47 matches and scored 7 goals.
