The UEFA Referees Committee named the French referee Clément Turpin, international since 2010, for the 2nd leg of the Champions League play-off between Benfica and Dynamo Kyiv, next Tuesday at 8 pm, August 23, at Estádio da Luz, in Lisbon.

Nicolas Danos and Cyril Gringore will be the assistants and Jérémie Pignard the 4th official.

Jérôme Brisard will be the VAR, assisted by Willy Delajod (AVAR).

The French referee Clément Turpin, 40 years old, will whistle a European game of Benfica for the second time.

An unforgettable Children's Day

This Tuesday, May 27, the Benfica Foundation and Sport Lisboa e Benfica marked World Children's Day with the participation of more than 1,500 young people.  Between the Estádio da Luz pitch and the pavilions, there were fun, educational and sporting activities, with the contribution of the various sports and the partners of the Club and the Foundation. Lively, with everything designed to stimulate the children and provide them with different experiences, this was a “very special” moment, as Jorge Miranda, director of the Foundation, told BTV. "We couldn't miss the opportunity to have an unforgettable day," he said. Representing the Almeirim Karting Circuit, Tiago Evaristo stressed the importance of “road education”.
