It is with extreme pride that I congratulate our women's roller hockey, basketball and handball teams for winning the Super Cups held this Saturday.

In roller hockey, the team won the 9th Super Cup in its history, reinforcing the hegemony it has achieved in the sport. The daily work and focus of everyone involved, from athletes to the technical team and staff, are an example to us all.

In Torres Novas, the women's basketball team won the 2nd Super Cupof its history with a high level display. A trophy that comes in the sequence of the impeccable work of everyone involved.

In handball, we have won this trophy again 30 years later,  continuing the victorious path of the last season.

Congratulations are all in order for these great achievements, which increasingly affirm the bet we have made on women's sports.

Cristina Prieto receives awards at Benfica Campus

Cristina Prieto received the awards for Best Player and Top Scorer in the 2024/25 Liga BPI at Benfica Campus, distinctions given at the end of the season and which have now been handed to the Spanish forward. The trophies were delivered by Sofia Teles (FPF) and Constança Macedo (BPI), celebrating a season of great distinction for the red striker. “It turned out to be a season that went very well for me. These awards reflect that, but without my teammates, they would not have been possible”, she said in statements to BTV. Her ambitions for 2025/26 are renewed and include “improving” individually and continuing to “win titles”. “We want more. We already have our first goal [Super Cup] and we are preparing for it”, she said.
