The sale of ticket for the Arouca-Benfica game, from matchday 18 of the Liga Bwin, starts at 9 am on Friday, January 27.

VENUE, DATE AND TIME OF THE MATCH

• Estádio Municipal de Arouca – Tuesday, January 31, at 9:15 pm

SALE OF TICKETS

• Start: Friday (January 27, at 9 am)

• End: Monday (January 30, at 9 am until they sell out)

TERMS OF SALE

• Opening of the sales lot exclusive to SL Benfica Members who are Red Pass holders on January 27, starting at 9 am, until the allotted lot is sold out

• Opening of the sales lot to SL Benfica Members on January 28, from 9 am, until they sell out

• If not sold out, the sale of tickets will be open to all SL Benfica supporters on January 29 at  09 am, until January 30 at 9 am, or until they sell out

TICKET COLLECTION

• Benfica Official Store at the SL Benfica Stadium (on January 30 and 31) 

• Casa do Benfica in Arouca (on January 31)

• Sending by e-mail the tickets of ZCEAP Fans

• It is mandatory to present the proof of online purchase when picking up the ticket

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• We request the greatest comprehension to all SL Benfica Supporters, as there are not enough tickets available for the challenge to satisfy all needs

• We inform you that in the context of ticket sales for the game of matchday 18 of Liga Bwin - FC Arouca vs SL Benfica, to be held at the Estádio Municipal de Arouca, your personal data (including your name and ID card number) will be shared with FC Arouca, as the club that will promote the match, solely for the purposes of issuing and customizing the ticketing and to ensure the security of the game. FC Arouca will delete your data after the match

• As for the tickets for the Zone with Special Access and Stay Conditions, considering that it is a legal requirement that the access tickets to the ZCEAP be nominal (name and ID Card), this fact in itself does not change the current sales conditions, since in accordance with SL Benfica's ticket sales policy, all access tickets to sports venues, whether as the home or away team, already require the holder's name and ID card

• To comply with the legal requirement, in the case of admission tickets for ZCEAPs, the data will have to be shared with the promoter of the sporting event to issue the admission ticket and when accessing the sporting venue, the assistants of the sporting venue and/or the security forces may verify, in a random, proportional and non-discriminatory way, the correspondence of the spectator's identity with the one appearing on the admission ticket, namely by consulting the civil identification document  

• It is mandatory to present the proof of online purchase when picking up the ticket

• Each ticket will be personalized with the name and ID card of the member or supporter, holder of the ticket

• The ticket is personal and not transferable by the data inserted

• No exchanges and/or returns
