The Players' Union has elected the Benfica players Cloé Lacasse and Francisca Nazareth as Best Player and Best Young Player of the Liga BPI 2022/23, respectively.

With 21 goals and 13 assists in the 21 matches played in the competition – and with one game still to play –, Cloé Lacasse gathered 26.14% of the preferences, against Francisca Nazareth's 14.18% and Beatriz Fonseca's (SC Braga) 11.58%, in the voting for Best Player of the competition in which Benfica became three-time national champion.

Francisca Nazareth, with 15 goals and eight assists in 18 games in the competition, obtained 27.57% of the votes, well ahead of Telma Encarnação's (Marítimo) 8.58% and Alexandra Henriques' (Clube de Albergaria) 7.69%.

The winners were determined through the choices of the 12 Liga BPI coaches (weight 60%) and a vote open to the public on the Player's Union website (weight 40%).
