Four Benfica players were pre-called up to represent Portugal in the U-19 European Championships, that will take place in Malta, between July 3 and 16. Diogo Prioste, Nuno Félix, Hugo Félix and Moreira Jr. will join the national team training camp on June 12 and beginning their preparation.

 

Portugal begins its participation in group A of the Under-19 European Championship, against Poland, on July 3, at 5 pm (local time), at the Hibernians Stadium. Three days later, on July 6, at 5 pm, the Portuguese national team faces Italy, at the Centenary Stadium. Finally, the last game in the group stage is against the hosts, i.e. Malta, on July 9 at 5 pm at the Gozo Stadium.
