António Silva assists in Portugal's victory

António Silva, João Neves and Aursnes, players from the Sport Lisboa e Benfica first team, were used in the matches played by their respective national teams on Thursday, November 16. The center-back made an assist.

Looking at the data collected by the Sofascore website, António Silva won five of the seven duels played and had a pass accuracy percentage of 95% (104 passes right out of 110 attempted).

João Neves, a substitute used by coach Roberto Martínez, came on in the 87th minute. 

A Seleção Nacional volta a jogar neste domingo, The national team will play again this Sunday, November 19, at 7:45 pm, hosting Iceland at the Estádio José Alvalade. It's the 10th and final match in Group J, which qualifies for the 2024 European Championship.

Aursnes was chosen by coach Stale Solbakken to start the preparation match against the Faroe Islands, playing 45 minutes in the 2-0 win in Oslo. Norway will play again this Sunday, November 19, at 7:45 pm in Glasgow, against Scotland, in the closing match of Group A of the qualifying round for the 2024 European Championship.
