With six Benfica players in the starting lineup, Portugal, who started at a disadvantage, tied the game through Stevan Manuel in the 28th minute (1-1).
In the second half, Tomás Soares came on in the 60th minute and, seven minutes later, found the back of the net to equalize the match (2-2, in the 67th minute). Gil Neves (who converted a penalty) came on in the 68th minute, while Ricardo Neto remained on the bench.
The final will be against France and is scheduled for Sunday, June 1, at 7:30 pm.
