TRAINING SESSION

Benfica's professional football team trained on Sunday, June 15, at Waters Sportsplex in Tampa, Florida, preparing for their debut in the Club World Cup.

Hours before traveling to Miami, Bruno Lage's team worked once again in high temperatures, fine-tuning the details for Monday's challenge on June 16 at 6:00 pm local time (11:00 pm in mainland Portugal) against Argentina's Boca Juniors at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

The 28 players participating in the training camp progressed without setbacks during the period open to the press. At the end of the afternoon in the United States (late evening in mainland Portugal), Bruno Lage will preview the clash with the Argentines already in Miami.

In Group C, the Eagles will face Argentina's Boca Juniors, New Zealand's Auckland City, and Germany's Bayern Munich to determine who moves on.

On the eve of taking the field at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami to make their debut in the first edition of the Club World Cup, Benfica's professional football team trained in Tampa (Florida), at the Waters Sportsplex. Preparations are being finalized for the match against Boca Juniors (Matchday 1 of Group C), scheduled for 11:00 pm continental time (6:00 pm local time) on Monday, June 16.

On Friday, June 13, Benfica's professional soccer team added another chapter to its preparation for the Club World Cup at the Waters Sportsplex in Tampa, Florida. In the training session, Bruno Lage had 28 players available, with the arrival of internationals Trubin, António Silva, Kökcü, Pavlidis, Aktürkoğlu, Barreiro, Schjelderup, Dahl, and Bajrami, and the departures of Rui Silva, Nuno Félix, and Eduardo Fernandes (all registered). Before training, Dahl spoke to the press.
