After the Eusébio Cup match, in which Benfica beat Fenerbahçe (3-2), Richard Ríos highlighted to BTV, the importance of playing at Estádio da Luz and praised the team's performance.

"I'm very happy with my debut for the team and with the game we played. We're on the right track. The team welcomed me in the best possible way, I think you could see that on the pitch. This game leaves me with good feelings, and now it's time to keep working," said the Colombian international midfielder.

The Eagles' new No. 20 jersey player considered his debut at Estádio da Luz to be "wonderful." "What I'm doing here is a dream come true," he emphasized.

"The affection that the fans are showing us will be very important for us. We must continue like this, wait, and ask for their full support this season. I am sure that we will be fighting for very important things. I am sure that we will give our all on the field for them," concluded Richard Ríos.
