Four eagles in the first match from the U-19 National Team in Toulon

Mesaque Dju, David Tavares, João Filipe and José Gomes, all from Benfica, played in the Portugal-Canadá match, that ended with 0-0 result.

Mesaque Dju (starter and played 90 minutes), David Tavares, João Filipe and José Gomes (used substitutes) took part in the opening match from the Portugal U-19 National Team in the Toulon International Tournament, in França. Regarding Group C, the match against Canada, on Monday, ended 0-0.

The Portugal's next encounter is scheduled for 4:00 pm on May 31 (Thursday) against Japan, while the third and last match of the group stage from this prestigious competition (already in its 46th edition) will be played against Turkey at 4:30 pm on June 3 (Sunday).

The competition serves as preparation for the U-19 European Championship that will take place in Finland between July 15 and 29.
