Rafa scored the eagles' second goal in the away win (1-2) against FC Porto on matchday 24 of the Liga NOS. The Reds' number 27 spoke about the triumph and highlighted that the team will keep working to reach the final goal: winning back the National Championship.

"We moved to the top spot of the League table, but something that does not change is our willingness to win every game. We know that until the end we will have to fight in all matches to achieve our goal", claimed the Portuguese international in the post-match statements, who set a new personal record in the "clássico": 13 goals in a season.

Classico

After the "clássico", there are ten rounds to go until the end of the Championship. Benfica are leaders and have a two-point lead over the 2nd-placed FC Porto.

"For me, Benfica is a title contender since the start of the Championship, but for that to happen we have to work daily and in all games, because nothing is handed over on a silver platter, and knowing that, we will work until the end.", he assured.

The last question was directed at the feeling of leaving the Estádio do Dragão with the win and the three points.

"I leave this ground with the same feeling that I walk out of every match that we win and where we managed to do everything we wanted. We bagged our victory and that is the most important feeling", he finished.
