Rúben Dias
SL Benfica's centre-back is representing the National Team and he is preparing himself to on Thursday rack up his fourth cap, the 3rd consecutive match defending Portugal's shirt.

The centre-back of the eagles, strong as a rock, has been growing and establishing himself in the Portuguese football, both at Benfica, the Club where he was nurtured and at the National Team.
“I face this naturally. This is what I worked for, This is what I dedicated myself to and I am prepared. Tomorrow will be another match, a very important match like all matches I play, the goal is always to win and we are focused on that”, he began by saying to the journalists.
Looking at the Polish team, there are players who stand out, but the focus is on the collective.
“We are focused not only on the individual players, but also on the collective. It is their collective that will cause us difficulties and not just a player alone. We want to control as much as possible what will be the difficulties, so, we are strong, we are focused, we know what to expect and we are prepared”, he said, adding: “I am worried about how me and my team will write Poland off”.
One month ago, in the previous two matches of Portugal, Rúben Dias was a starter in the friendly against Croatia and the official match against Italy (1-0, at Estádio da Luz, Nations League), racking up 180 minutes.
The centre-back nurtured at Caixa Futebol Campus is one of the 11 players provided by Benfica's first team to different national teams.
